Associate Operations (Jalandhar)

This role is for an experienced professional, willing to take a seat on the rocket ship that has already launched. We are an e-commerce brand acquirer, and all our operations are focused on marketplace first businesses. The candidate selected for this role will work to ensure our company’s portfolio brands are growing aggressively and out do industry benchmarks and achieve what we would call explosive growth. This is a demanding role but since you are still reading this job description, we have concluded you love a good challenge!

This journey is all about taking our acquired brand from 1x to 10x in 36 months, while maintaining healthy margins. The acquisition happens at the very beginning of their boom, so a strong empathy towards the sellers and an ability to work through the chaos of their early build is a very important aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

With an ambition to be a leading player in the sporting category 10Club is strengthening its base in the Sporting Capital of India, Jalandhar. Jalandhar is famous for its sports industry and equipment manufactured in Jalandhar has been used in many international sporting games including Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, among others. We are looking forward to have an Associate Operations for our Jalandhar Brand Operations.

As an Operations Associate, you will be driving all the on-ground operations for the brand that we acquire and help in driving brands growth.

  4. Monitoring and exceeding Customer Order SLA's
  5. Order management
  6. Procurement Planning & Vendor Management
  7. New product development
  8. Implementation of SOP’s
  9. Manpower Planning
  10. Operational cost optimization
  11. Network Optimization to reduce Cost per Delivery.
  12. Safety, security and business continuity planning
  13. Strategize and execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations for your brand.
